I’m Monique Jenkins, a UX and product designer who’s spent the last decade building bold, inclusive, and scalable experiences across fintech, real estate, education, government, and hospitality.
I’ve worked with scrappy startups and scaled enterprises. I’ve run my own design agency. I’ve led cross-functional teams through ambiguity, overhauls, and launches. And through it all, I’ve stayed focused on one thing: designing systems that make people’s lives easier.
Because great design isn’t just pretty—it’s powerful. It helps people understand where they are, what they need to do, and how to move forward. That kind of clarity? That’s the impact.
